Terms of Sale

Quotation
Price quotes may be received by contacting True Design, Inc. Quotes will be completed within 48 hours, unless otherwise notified. Quotes will be honored for 30 days. After 30 days, a new quote must be obtained to proceed with a job.

Payment
Prepayment in full on first time orders is required. Subsequent orders may require prepayment or a 50% deposit at the time of order with the balance due upon completion. Payment terms of Net 30 will be granted at the discretion of True Design, Inc. with proper credit approval. Some orders may require prepayment or a deposit regardless of terms. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, electronic transfers and bank checks.  Delinquent accounts will be charges a 21% annual finance fee on unpaid balances.

Minimum Orders
Minimum order amount is $200.00. All orders are subject to service or product specific and/or factory minimum requirements.

Order Turn-Around
Order turn-around time varies by product and service. Completion dates are determined and communicated to the client within each quote.

Artwork Proofs
All artwork requires final proofing and approval by the client. Clients will be instructed to carefully review artwork for informational, grammatical, graphical, technical, physical and process correctness. All orders completed with artwork approved by the client are the financial & legal responsibility of the client.

Trademarks, Copyrights, and Licensing
True Design, Inc. produces orders to client specifications. The client agrees to assume any liability occurred from any actions or demands brought against True Design, Inc. for infringement. The client has sole responsibility for symbols, marks, artwork, text, data, and/or content used in production.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery charges are the responsibility of the client. In most cases, charges will be determined when a quote is presented. If an order requires expedited shipping or delivery to meet the due date, the client will be charged for these services. Any changes in shipping or delivery status will be communicated to the client. True Design, Inc. is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from shipping or delivery. Orders returned due to being undeliverable or orders not picked up will be held for thirty days. After thirty days, True Design, Inc. may dispose of the product(s) at our discretion with the client’s full payment still due. All orders are shipped with a limited amount of insurance coverage. Please make True Design, Inc. aware if you have special requirements for an order.

Product Availability
Occasionally project materials may be out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable. True Design, Inc. will make every effort to fill orders with products meeting order specifications. Client will be notified when requested products are unavailable and provided with similar or better alternatives.

Defects and Returns
True Design, Inc. will make every effort to ensure products are free of defects. However, we reserve the right to 1% defect rate on orders over 100 pieces or one piece on orders fewer than 100. The client has five days from the receipt of an order to report any discrepancies. No returns will be accepted
without the approval of True Design personnel.

Cancellation
Orders in production may not be cancelled without penalty. An order is considered “in production” once True Design, Inc. has received approval of the quote to begin work on a project. True Design, Inc. will consider an order to be cancelled if client does not respond to attempts by True Design, Inc. to contact client for information regarding the order. Three attempts to contact the client will be made at any particular stage of the order. If no response is given to True Design, Inc. after the third attempt, True Design, Inc. will place the order on hold until the client contacts True Design, Inc. to continue the order in a timely manner. If the order remains on hold for more than 30 days, the order will be cancelled. Any order that is cancelled once in production will be subject to charges already incurred by True Design, Inc., plus a $250 cancellation fee.
